1. Introduction

3. Service Agreement
3.1 Service Description
DogzyHub provides international pet relocation services including but not limited to: consultation, documentation preparation, carrier selection, flight booking, customs clearance, and transportation coordination.
3.2 Booking and Payment

All services must be booked with sufficient advance notice as specified in your service quote.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services.

Full payment must be received before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing may be subject to change if service requirements change after the initial quote.
3.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before scheduled service: 50% refund (excluding deposit)

Cancellations made 14-29 days before scheduled service: 25% refund (excluding deposit)

Cancellations made less than 14 days before scheduled service: No refund

Service rescheduling may incur additional fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Information Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your pet, including but not limited to: health history, behavior patterns, and special needs. Inaccurate information may result in service delays, additional costs, or service cancellation.
4.2 Documentation
You are responsible for:

Providing all requested documents in a timely manner

Ensuring all provided documents are accurate and authentic

Paying any fees associated with obtaining necessary documentation

Complying with all legal requirements for pet ownership and transfer
4.3 Pet Preparation
You are responsible for ensuring your pet:

Meets all health requirements for travel

Is properly prepared according to our pre-travel instructions

Has appropriate identification (microchip, tags, etc.)
5. Company Responsibilities
5.1 Service Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to:

Provide services as described in your service agreement

Keep you informed of progress and any issues that arise

Handle your pet with appropriate care during all phases of relocation
5.2 Third-Party Services

We work with third-party providers including airlines, ground transportation companies, and veterinary services.

While we select these providers with care, we cannot assume liability for their actions or services.
6. Health and Safety

Pet transportation involves inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge:
